Managing Self

  • It is not just time that one needs to manage,also the mind.
  • Talking to self and some words like “this too will pass ” and going back some memories that would help in making our self calm.
  • when you are in a confusion or you are down. do not take decision.Listen too music or meeting a mate will give a diversion.
  • when u have a lot of work pending do not get tensed and do not pressurize ,By planing you can finish the work in a smarter way.
  • Do not hesitate to represent .
  • In a workplace u have to work with a team.u cant except the same energy all through the day.
  • Health plays an important role Eat Right and sleep and exercise.
  • SMART as S-Specific ,M-Measure , A-Achieve, R-Realistic, T-Time.
  • Have a Holiday.
  • Discipline yourself to practice the principles you learn .
  • Set Target.
  • List out the work/activities.
  • Try to accept that you cannot do everything.
  • Prioritize
  • Be can also No
  • Use Positive self talk.
  • ‘Set your goals and dream to achieve it ,if u don’t do it then others will make u to build their dreams”.
  • Reward Yourself
  • Practice positive affirmations.
  • Do not Lose hope.
